Deborah Chadbourn was an excellent grief counsellor for me. It is five years since my first wife died, and we explored how I am feeling now, and how to navigate new and old relationships while remaining true to everything from the past. Deborah is a great listener, and provides good challenge and advice. The venue worked well for me, as did the evening appointments. Thank you!

Her support came at a time when life felt overwhelming, and she helped me slowly rebuild my confidence and sense of self. I always left each session feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded, and the tools she shared continue to help me every day. She helped me piece myself back together and reminded me that healing doesn’t mean becoming someone new — it means rediscovering who you’ve always been.
